Welcome to BUMP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases through our Services.

  • By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable sales taxes (including GST/QST).

  • We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other digital payment options.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within Canada.

  • Average delivery time is 1–3 business days, though shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and Services — including text, images, designs, trademarks, and logos — is owned by or licensed to BUMP and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for:

  • Any unlawful purpose;

  • Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the Services;

  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code;

  • Violating the rights of others.

7. Nutrition, Allergies & Disclaimer

  • Our products contain and/or are made in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, and eggs.

  • It is your responsibility to review ingredient lists and consult with a medical professional regarding any allergies, intolerances, or dietary concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUMP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BUMP from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

  • You agree to waive the right to participate in any class action proceedings.

12. Modifications

We may update or change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
